Andrene Hughes (Anni Frid)
Andrene Hughes (Anna-Frid) began her training with the Valda Hunter School of Dance and with the sensational Estill Vocal Coach, Gillian Archibald. Her first major part was playing one of the lead roles in David Da Silva’s Fame at the King’s Theatre in Glasgow for the Apollo Players. In attendance at this show was a successful Scottish agent who then took Andrene under his wing and helped her embark on her singing career in Scotland. Since then, Andrene has been part of several different ABBA Tribute bands throughout the years and sang to sell-out crowds alongside some very talented singers and musicians. She has played at the SECC Armadillo, Glasgow’s Royal Concert Hall, P&O Cruises, Festivals throughout Scotland as well as International shows in Brussels and Barbados. Both her Mother and Father joke that when she was upset as a young child, the only thing that would comfort her was being walked up and down the floor to ABBA singing in the background. Fast forward a few years and little did they know she would be playing the part of Frida for a living with all her early training. Her favourite ABBA song is I Have A Dream after experiencing the magical moment of connecting with the SECC audience as they sang it back to her while waving their mobile phones in the air lighting up the whole theatre. She looks forward to entertaining your audiences and singing at a stage near you very soon.
Steffi Rollo (Agnetha)
Steffi Rollo began her training at the UK Theatre School after performing at the age of 9 years old on the morning kids tv programme; The Saturday Show. During her time at the UK Theatre School she was involved in various performances such as: George Square Winter Fest and the Scottish Variety Awards. Steffi then went onto study Musical Theatre at New College Lanarkshire where she obtained her degree in performance. She was involved in various shows in her time there but her first major role was Sandy in ‘Grease’ the musical. In her final year of her degree she was given the chance to perform in a Showcase in one of London’s West End Theatres and play the role of Bonnie in ‘Bonnie & Clyde’. Steffi’s first job after her degree allowed her to tour around Scotland in a Christmas tour around care homes, brightening everyone’s day singing Christmas songs. Afterwards she wrote her own show with a fellow performer and good friend called ‘When I Was Young’ which was then toured around care homes & community halls. Steffi has also been involved in performing in various tributes such as: ABBA, Dirty Dancing, Grease, 60s & 80s. Steffi’s parents say that she could sing before she could talk & dance before she could walk.
Jaimie Devine Mills (Agnetha)
From the age of 5, Jaimie developed her performing skills through Stageworx school of the Performing Arts, graduating at the age of 18 with an ATCL Diploma in Musical Theatre. During her time at Stageworx she had various roles in shows such as Chicago, Shrek and A Chorus Line. While at Stageworx, Jaimie performed alongside Britains Got Talent Winners “Collabro” and featured in the Glasgow Philharmonia’s “Movies to Musicals”, performing in venues such as the Macrobert Arts Centre, Glasgow City Halls and The Glasgow Royal Concert Hall. Jaimie progressed her professional training at New College Lanarkshire where she gained her BA in Musical Theatre in 2022. At her time in college, she had key roles in productions including Sunshine on Leith and Bad Girls. Now graduated, Jaimie is spending her time performing in An ABBA Dream and The Love Beat Wedding Band. Jaimie has loved ABBA from a young age when she was little and seen an ABBA Tribute Band in a hotel abroad and thought “I want to do that” and now she gets to be play Agnetha every weekend......She can't wait to sing for you soon!
Connie Herron (Anni-Frid)
Connie has been performing for most of her life with various dance and drama groups. Connie began her professional training in 2015, studying her HNC in Acting. After graduating, she decided to continue her training at GAMTA in Glasgow where she gained her degree in Musical theatre in 2019. Connie has been lucky enough to be working since then doing various things, including being in a London Girl band throughout the 2020 pandemic as well as streamed pantomimes and concerts. Once her EP was completed and the band came to an end, Connie moved on to other platforms of performance. Tribute acts have allowed Connie to perform all over the UK and meet some amazing people. Being a huge fan of ABBA herself, she can’t wait to perform for you as Agnetha!
Garry Crawford (Bjorn)
Garry has been a session musician since 1990 in both London and Scotland covering studio and live music of all styles. Garry joined the corporate function band scene in 2008 as a full-time member of several function bands before reverting back to session/dep work for various local corporate function bands in 2015 till the present day. Garry brings a wealth of knowledge to the role of Bjorn and wows An ABBA Dream's crowds with his expertise in musicianship, vocals and captivating stage presence.
Claudia Francesca Todd (Agnetha)
From a young age musical theatre has not just solely been a hobby but a passion and furthermore a career. Claudia is an enthusiastic, creative performer who has thoroughly immersed herself in the industry. Whilst actively performing, Claudia pursued her career to work with children which involved teaching performing arts throughout schools in Scotland. She believes that every child deserves an equal opportunity, and the role of a teacher is vital in a young person’s life. Since winning Miss Scotland in 2021, Claudia created a safe space for children, entitled “Wishes With Miss Scotland” where children can attend weekly enjoying free educational activities such as dance and drama. Helping children achieve their goals is of upmost importance to her and as a teacher she hopes to do the same. Throughout her time in the industry, Claudia has worked for Disneyland Paris as well as performing in many shows such as pantomimes, adverts, theatre shows and pageants. Now onto ABBA… the good stuff! Claudia has been very lucky to sing ABBA for 10 years now and it has been a huge part of her life. Her parents adore ABBA, so it really resonates with her when she sings the iconic songs. Claudia loves singing with An ABBA Dream it really is a great time and so much fun! Deano Monsoon (Benny)
Deano Monsoon is a self-taught Glaswegian piano and synth player, songwriter, and singer with a passion for electronic pop. Inspired by icons such as the Pet Shop Boys, The Buggles, Imogen Heap, and other pioneers of the genre, his music blends nostalgic synth sounds with modern innovation. Having toured extensively across the UK and Europe with various bands on keyboard duties, Deano has also carved a name for himself as a solo artist, delivering captivating performances that celebrate his influences while showcasing his unique artistry.
